To open the MER database you need to follow these instructions.
Open the "Citrix Applications" folder on the desktop.
Open the "Office Applications" folder
Choose "Microsoft Access 2010"
Once it opens go to: "File" - "Open"
Navigate to: "I:\QUALITY\MER\MER DATABASE"
