You may sometimes need to log back into Citrix when you are already logged into the desktop.  

For instance, the "Citrix Applications" folder is missing from the desktop or you click an icon inside the folder and nothing happens.


Follow these steps:


1. Click the chevron (two arrows going up) in the lower right-hand part of the screen.

2. Right-click on the black and white Citrix circle icon.

3. Choose Refresh
