You may have received a welcome email from eFax. You can disregard this email. You will not need to go to their site and set up an account.
When people send a fax to you it will show up in your email.
Here are the instructions on how to send a fax:
To send a fax by email:
1. Create a new email message
2. In the To: field, enter the recipient's Fax Number followed by @efaxsend.com
For example:
o To send to the US fax number +1 323 555 1234, enter 13235551234@efaxsend.com, where 1 equals the Country Code, 323 the Area Code, and 5551234 equals the fax number.
3. Attach the file(s) you would like to send to your outgoing email message (maximum 10)
4. The body of the email works as your cover page; to include a cover page, type the text in the body of the email message
5. Click Send
